How to Add a Button that Opens a New Email

If you would like to create a button that allows the user to open a new email with a pre-filled email recipient, you can do so when editing the button by adding "mailto:" directly in front of the email address that you would like the email to be sent to.  When a website visitor uses this button, it will open a new email within their default email application with the send to set to the email address you entered.

For example:

mailto:email@example.com (there should not be a space between the mailto: and the email address)
