As 2023 comes to an end, we have an exciting change at Haley Marketing we want to share with you. This change will provide an improved billing experience to our clients but will require some action on your part to ensure a smooth transition.
On 12/29, you will receive an email regarding our new accounting portal. Beginning January 1st, you will receive all invoices and manage payments through the portal. The email will contain instructions on how to set up your login, view invoices, and manage payments. The forms of payment we accept are ACH, check, or credit card. Please note that credit card payments will no longer be automatically charged unless you set up auto-pay in the portal and will incur a 3% fee.
We are excited to provide you with a more streamlined invoicing and payment solution. Please be on the lookout for the email on 12/29. If you do not receive the email, please contact billing@haleymarketing.com to ensure it was sent to the appropriate person in your organization.
