On Sunday, April 13. At 5:17 PM EDT, we were notified by our hosting provider, Rackspace, of a hardware failure affecting the server that powers your Cloud Block Storage, which caused a temporary service interruption.
By 5:25 PM, storage access was restored in a read-only state. During this time, applications continued to process and were delivered to ATS partners. However, due to the read-only state, local copies of submitted resumes were not saved—and while we have no confirmation of submission errors, we also cannot fully verify that every file was transmitted successfully.
Full file service was restored by 6:55 PM EDT.
