SETUP YOUR CLIENT PORTAL ACCOUNT
Going forward, all our invoices will be sent to you via email and available in your client portal. You can set up and manage your payment preferences from the portal. You can view your account status and payment history in the portal.
- Go to: https://haley-marketing.customers.striven.com/
- Press the blue “New User” Button
- Enter your email address and press the green “Create Account” button
- Watch your email for a message from Haley Marketing with the subject, "Welcome to the Striven Portal"
- Use the link to create a password and press Enter.
- Check your email again for another email with a code. This email will be from Striven:
- Enter the code and check the box to remember the device for 30 days and press the green “Submit” button:
- Almost there! You will be brought back to the first screen, where you will enter your password. If you are on a private computer, you may want to click the “Keep me signed in “ checkbox.
- Then press the green “Sign in” button to enter the portal. You may be prompted to enter another code from your email, but that should be the last one!
- The first time you log in, you may or may not have invoices to pay or other information available.
SETUP YOUR PAYMENT PROFILES
To make payments, you will need to set up at least one payment profile.
- Select Payment Profiles from the left menu:
- Press the “Add New” button to set up your first payment profile:
- Select Credit Card or e-Check (ACH)
For Credit Card Payments:- For credit card payments, select the type of card and then enter your payment details. There is a small convenience charge applied to credit card payments as noted.
For ACH (e-Check) Payments: - For ACH charges, press the E-Check option and enter the details:

- You may enter multiple payment profiles.
- For monthly recurring services, we strongly suggest that you enroll in Autopay to automatically pay invoices to save time and make payments easier.
Setup Autopay
Simply click on the Autopay option
- Now you are all set to pay any outstanding invoices.
