Settings allow you to control how the Career Portal functions. To update settings, select the Career Portal option from the myHaley main menu, and then click Settings.
General Settings
The general settings page allows you to modify the Default Career Portal Owner. You will see other settings on this page; however, all these settings are set for you by the Haley Marketing team.
Default Owner: The default owner is required and important because it is where email notifications will be sent when a job seeker registers for the Career Portal, as well as where email notifications will be sent FROM, such as the Career Portal welcome message and any thank you emails you may set up. The Default Owner will also receive job applications for any job that does not have a Recruiter selected.
Default Prequalification Form: The default prequalification form that will be selected on any future jobs that are added to the Career Portal.
Career Portal URL: The web address of your Career Portal, which should be linked from your website.
RSS Job Feed: This is a link for an RSS feed of your job openings. An RSS feed is intended to be used with an RSS reader (the link may not make sense if you try to open it in a web browser). Candidates can subscribe to your jobs RSS feed , and the RSS feed can also be used to feed your job posts to social media sites, etc.
XML Job Feed: This link is intended to be used to feed your job posts to social media sites, job aggregators and boards, etc.
Career Portal API: If the Career Portal is integrated with a third-party ATS or other staffing software, the API will be listed here. The Haley Marketing Career Portal integrates with many third-party systems, including ABD, Bond eEmpACT, Bullhorn, COATS, TempWorks, WinSearch, etc. Additional settings are available based on the third party integration. Please refer to the Help Center (helpme.haleymarketing.com) for more information.
