The DNS for your domain (e.g., yourcompanyname.com) is most likely managed by your ISP or your web hosting company. You can determine this by looking at your domain “whois” record. To do this:
- Go to http://www.internic.net/whois.html
- Enter your domain name at the prompt and press SUBMIT
- This will tell you what Registrar and Name Servers are being used. The Name Server is where the DNS record is and where the SPF record needs to be added.
