As many of you know and have experienced, we had previously had to change the timing of our data pulls from Avionte (from every hour to every eight hours) due to recurring Too Many Calls errors.

We have been quietly improving your Haley Marketing’s Career Portal BOLD integration behind the scenes; your Career Portal just got smarter.
Here's what changed, and what it means for you. Job changes now trigger smarter syncs.
Before:
Every time your Career Portal refreshed, Haley Marketing pulled data on all your jobs from Avionte. Every. Single. One.
Now:
When you create, update, or remove a job in BOLD, we get notified immediately and log exactly which jobs changed, so when your next sync happens, we only request data for the jobs that actually need updating.
Why does that matter?
Fewer massive API calls, means less strain on Avionte's systems—and fewer of the errors that come with large API calls. Faster, cleaner, more reliable.
One thing we're still working on:
When you change the assigned recruiter or rep on a job, that update doesn't automatically trigger a Career Portal refresh yet. We're working with Avionte to change that—and I'll let you know as soon as it's live.
In the meantime:
Here's an easy workaround. When you change a rep on a job, make a small edit to the job title or description at the same time. A typo fix, an extra space, a minor tweak—anything works. That small change signals Avionte to send us an update, and we'll refresh the job, so the new rep shows up on your Career Portal. Not a perfect solution. But it works until the real change is in place.
