In myHaley, you have the option to use prequalification forms on your jobs. These are questions you want to ask a candidate before they complete an application. You can set up the questions to qualify or disqualify a candidate, or you can have the answers recorded in the application notification.
The answers to the prequalification forms are not stored within myHaley but they are included on the application notification that is sent to a recruiter when an application is completed. If you choose to setup a question that disqualifies a candidate from applying, you can also choose to notify the default Career Portal owner when someone is disqualified.
You can find instructions on how to set up Prequalification Questions here.
As always, if you have any questions about the prequal process, or any other feature of your Haley Career Portal, please visit HelpMe Haley to browse our knowledgebase, or submit a support ticket.
