We've designed the Career Portal dashboard to provide you with more information about the effectiveness of your job postings in myHaley. The following tools will help you interpret that data.
Display
Here you can organize job performance by Low Views, Low Applies, Low Conversion Rate or High Applies.
Low Views: Jobs that have a low number of visits from candidates after several days. These jobs aren't getting enough candidate engagement to result in a critical mass of applicants.
Adjust what low views means for your company by entering the number of views and number of days you'd like our software to use to calculate this number. If the selected number of views is not exceeded within the designated amount of days, the job will be displayed under Low Views.
Our system will default to 50 total job views and 5 days for job age.
Low Applies: Jobs that have received few applicants after several days. They require more traffic to meet placement goals.
Edit what you consider to be the threshold for this information by entering the total number of applies and the number of days you'd like the Career Portal to use to calculate this statistic. If the total number of applications is not reached by the designated number of days, the job will display under Low Applies.
myHaley defaults to 0 total applies and 5 days for job age.
Low Conversion Rate: Jobs with poor conversion from visit to application that may be wasting your budget. Check for poor quality job titles and descriptions.
Set the conversion rate yourself by entering the total conversion rate percentage and the total number of job views. These numbers will be used to calculate whether your job should display under Low Conversion Rate or not.
The system default is 5% total conversion rate and 20 total job views.
High Applies: Jobs that have a high applicant count. These jobs could be wasting budget accumulating applicants beyond placement needs.
Select the number of applications you'd like our system to use as the baseline for High Applies by entering your desired total number of applies.
Our default is 30 total applies.
