Your myHaley Career Portal dashboard can tell you a lot about how your Career Portal is working, and can give you easy access to many useful features.
Career Portal ROI
Please note that the date range for this information can be changed in the top right corner from 30 days, which is the default, to the past 7 days, 90 days, or the past year. The data is run on a daily basis.
Jobs: The total number of active jobs on your Career Portal and the percent increase or decrease compared to the previous time period.
Job Mailings Sent: How many job mailings were sent out and how does that percent compare to the previous time period. This number refers to the number of Category Mailings and Saved Search (Job Agent) emails combined.
If you don't use Category Mailings, only the number of Saved Search (Job Agent) emails will display.
Job Views: How many times were your jobs viewed and how does that compare to the previous time period.
Applications: How many applications were submitted and how does that compare to the previous time period. If using the Haley application, this includes applying to specific jobs and if a resume is submitted in "Skip the Search."
Conversion %: How many people viewed the job and then actually applied, and how does that compare to the previous time period.
Applies/Job: How many applications were submitted per job, on average, and how does that compare to the previous time period.
Cost/Apply: The cost of each application, as based on the cost of your Career Portal and number of applications.
Sources
Pie graphs explaining the sources from which candidates reach the Career Portal, the way in which they heard about the job (Application Source), and tracking information regarding where the application came from (Application Method).
Job Performance
A table you can use to examine job performance based on views, applies, or conversion rates.
Display: Organize job performance by Low Views, Low Applies, Low Conversion Rate or High Applies.
Rating: Based on your job performance settings, jobs receive ratings of Poor, Very Poor or Critical, alerting you to which jobs need your attention most.
Information section
Career Portal URL: the web address of your Career Portal, which should be linked from your website.
RSS Job Feed: This is a link for an RSS feed of your job openings. An RSS feed is intended to be used with an RSS reader (the link may not make sense if you try to open it in a web browser). Candidates can subscribe to your jobs RSS feed , and the RSS feed can also be used to feed your job posts to social media sites, etc. The RSS feed is only available with the Social Media Recruiting Package.
XML Job Feed: This link is intended to be used to feed your job posts to social media sites, job aggregators and boards, etc. The XML Feed is only available with the Social Media Recruiting Package. If you do not see an XML feed on your dashboard, contact Haley Marketing to have this enabled.
