If you are having Instagram reconnection issues in NetSocial, please try these steps:
Method 1: Reconnect the account
- Login into NetSocial App
- Go to Social Accounts and reconnect or re-authenticate the Instagram account
Method 2: Reconnect the account with default settings.
- Login Facebook
- Go to business tools settings: https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=business_tools
- Select NetsocialApp and click on "View and Edit"
- Disabled "Manage your business" as shown below and hit Save.
- Go to the NetSocial App: https://app.netsocialapp.com/workspace/social-accounts
- Reconnect the Instagram account.
