NetSocial Update (4/26/23)

Fixed an issue where users couldn’t repost failed deliveries if they were not the creator of the post.

Added a feature allowing for disconnected company-owned pages and groups to be reconnected by other “authorized” social media accounts automatically, avoiding a post failure to those pages and groups.

Added a fix to prevent duplicate shares for one post.
Fixed an issue that allows video uploads to successfully post to LinkedIn and Twitter.
Improved performance to our link preview service when scheduling a post.
Fixed an issue that would schedule posts to go out at a random time that was NOT selected by the user.

Updated delivery error templates to help users get a better understanding on how a page/group is connected to NetSocial.
Fixed an issue for processing image attachments for LinkedIn posts without error.
Fixed an issue on the Analytics Page so that it now shows active account statistics.

Fixed an issue where posting a link in the modal that includes a preview image of that link successfully delivers to all social media accounts as well as channels.
Fixed an issue when switching time zones in NetSocial would not allow users to select a post to go out with a time before their browser’s time zone.
Fixed an issue where break lines posting to social media accounts through NetSocial did not mirror the exact format of the text. If text was on a separate line, the client would have to manually create break lines.
Edited a feature that creates a more user-friendly error message when refreshing deliveries.

Added a feature to the team schedule filter. When selecting one team, there is an avatar showing the first letter of the team selected. This updates the calendar automatically. Selecting more than one team replaces the avatar and count of how many teams were selected.
Fixed an issue that allows users to post content including special characters without a problem. E.g. [ ] / ? < > ~

Fixed an issue that created duplicate posts to both channels and social media accounts.
Fixed an issue that occurred when media, such as videos or images, didn't attach properly when uploaded if multiple accounts were selected.
Added a feature to allow users to re-schedule a post that failed to deliver.
Fixed an issue where the hue of all postings, old and new, were the same. Now, older posts have a lighter hue to improve user recognition between previous and future posts.
Fixed an issue where a full image on a scheduled post was cut off due to the size of the image. Now, regardless of the aspect ratio, the post modal shows the full image.
Fixed an issue where the post modal was cut-off from the screen in scheduled posts due to an input of long text. The modal is now centered to better avoid cut-off and improve the view of the scheduled posts.
