New Feature-Web User Accounts Automatically Created

The Haley Marketing Career Portal with TempWorks integration now has the ability to automatically create a Web User account for the new candidate when they apply for a job using the Haley Marketing application and the candidate is created in Beyond/Enterprise. 

How It Works

When the candidate applies, a Web User account is created and the Web User products will be added to the Web User account. The Login ID is the candidate's email address and the password is a randomly generated secure password. The TempWorks user accesses the candidate record and assigns an HRCenter onboarding workflow to the candidate. The candidate upon logging into HRCenter will enter their Username and click "Forgot Password". An email will be sent to the candidate allowing them to reset their password. Once their password is reset, they can begin the HRCenter Workflow that was assigned to them.

How To Set Up Automatic Web User Account Creation

To enable this feature you will need to create new Personal Access Token (PAT) credentials with the following scopes.

2. Assignment Write
3. Email Read
4. Employee Read
5. Employee Write
6. Job Order Candidate Read
7. Job Order Candidate Write
8. Jobboard Read
9. Jobboard Write
10. Order Read
11. Order Write
12. ServiceRep Read
13. Universal Search
14. Webuser Write **NEW**
15. Webuser Read **NEW**

Once created, click the copy button next to AccountSID and paste it into an email. Then click the copy button next to AuthToken and paste that into the same email. 

Next email the AccountSID and AuthToken keys to Haley Marketing support at support@haleymarketing.com and request that we update your Personal Access Token credentials so you can utilize the new Web User creation feature. Our support team will notify you when the new credentials have been applied.

We suggest that after the new credentials have been applied you submit a test application from your Haley Marketing Career Portal and review the candidate record in Beyond/Enterprise to ensure the Web User account was created.
