If you have jobs in TempWorks Enterprise/Beyond that you are expecting to be on your Haley Marketing Career Portal but aren't, check the following:
1. Order Is Active
2. In Enterprise the “Do Not Post to Web” check box is not checked. In Beyond, the "Publicly Visible" checkbox is checked.
3. The order has text in the description
4. The branch the order is linked to is marked as Web Public in Administration. This setting is found under Administration > Branch.
5. The order status “Implies Active” and “Implies Unfilled.”. This setting is found under Administration > Drop Downs > Order Status.
6. The Job Title must be marked as “Show In WebCenter”. This setting is found under Administration > Job Title.
If your order meets all the above criteria and is still not posting to the Haley Marketing Career Portal, please contact support@haleymarketing.com .
