Haley Marketing WordPress Dashboard

The Haley Marketing WorPress dashboard allows you to manage your website and all of your Haley Marketing tools in one place.

Once you log into WordPress, the Dashboard is the first thing you will see. If you are working in WordPress and navigate away from the Dashboard you may access it by selecting Dashboard then Home from the left side navigation menu.

Top Navigation Menu

The menu at the top of the dashboard provides easy access to frequently visited Haley tools by clicking on the tool you wish to be directed to.

 

Don’t see the Dashboard?

The Haley Marketing WordPress Dashboard is available to all clients who have a Haley Marketing created website who utilize at least one Plugin from the Haley Marketing Plugin Suite.

Websites hosted by Haley Marketing are automatically updated with the Dashboard. If your website is hosted by another provider, ensure that the HMG Plugin Suite is updated in WordPress.

 

Website Performance

The dashboard contains a view of your website performance for the last 30 days with previous a 30 days comparison. A link to your MyHaley portal is accessible where you can view statistics for the last 7, 30, 90 or 365 days.

 

Haley Marketing Plugin Suite

You can easily manage your Haley Marketing Website Plugin Suite all in one place. In the Haley Marketing WordPress tools section, click the arrow to the right of the plugin to expand.

NOTE: The options you see in this section will vary depending on the Haley Marketing products you are currently subscribed for.

 

Testimonials

The Testimonials dashboard displays a snapshot of the total number of Testimonials, the number you have published on your website, and the number that are still in draft status.

 

Convenient links are available that will bring you directly to the selected area in WordPress to view all Testimonials, add a new Testimonial or manage your Testimonial groups.

CTA Manager

The CTA Manager is a Haley Marketing plugin that allows you to easily put a graphic Call-To-Action at the end of your blog post.

Case Studies

The Case Studies dashboard displays a snapshot of the total number of Case studies, the number you have published on your website, and the number that are still in draft status.

Convenient links are available that will bring you directly to the selected area in WordPress to view all Case Studies, add a new Case Study or manage your Case Study types.

CTA Flyins

The CTA Flyin plugin allows you to easily set up Call-To-Action Flyins on pages of your website.

Convenient links are available that will bring you directly to the selected area in WordPress where you can view and edit existing CTA Flyins or add a new one.

HaleyMail

If you subscribe to the HaleyMail service, the HaleyMarketing WordPress Dashboard allows you to easily access HaleyMail in your MyHaley.

Convenient links are available that will bring you directly to the selected areas in MyHaley. You can view your HaleyMail performance dashboard, your Newsletter performance dashboard, and access your Instant Mail setup.

Career Portal

If you utilize the Haley Career Portal, the dashboard displays a snapshot of the active jobs, the number of applications and the number of job mailing. Data displayed reflects the last 30 days.

Convenient links are available that will bring you directly to the selected area in My Haley. The options are; Career Portal Dashboard, Career Portal Applications, and Manage job categories. In MyHaley you may view this information for the last 7, 30, 90 or 365 days.

Talent Showcase

If you subscribe to the Talent Showcase plugin, the HaleyMarketing WordPress Dashboard allows you to easily access Talent Showcase in your MyHaley.

Convenient links are available that will bring you directly to the selected areas in MyHaley. You can access the Manage Talent, Categories and Inquiry areas of MyHaley and see the number of Active Talent you have posted and the number of inquiries.

Team Profiles

The Team Profiles dashboard provides you with convenient links that will bring you directly to the selected area in MyHaley. From the dashboard, you can Manage Team Members, Manage Team Categories and Manage Team Divisions.

Stay up to date on the latest Haley Marketing promotions right from the Dashboard. Click on the Tell Me More button to see current offers for Haley Marketing’s products and services.

 

Customize Your Dashboard

You may customize the layout of your dashboard, allowing you to place the resources you most frequently use at the top.

To rearrange the dashboard tiles, hover your cursor over the upper left corner of the tile. Click and then drag the tile to the desired placement.
