To update information on a published job, you can change it in your staffing software and it will automatically update on the next sweep.
The jobs are published onto your Career Portal every 4 hours starting at about 2:00AM for:
The following XML feeds of jobs are pulled hourly:
- Talent Rover
- All HMG Standard Formatted XML feeds
If this is an urgent change that must be made before the next sweep, the job can be updated in the http://myHaley.haleymarketing.com site. Simply log in using your email address and password. Remember, myHaley is optimized to work in Firefox, if you don't have it, download it here. (If you don't know your password, you can request it on that site by clicking the "Forgot Your Password?" link.) Then go to Career Portal --> Jobs --> Manage Active Jobs and select the job to be edited.
Keep in mind that the next sweep of jobs will publish the data as it is entered in your staffing software and overwrite your changes. Make sure you update your staffing software as well.
