Bullhorn Candidate Submission Source

Bullhorn-integrated Career Portal clients can now choose to enable their Haley Marketing Career Portal to pass a "submission" source into their candidate submissions data. 

Candidate source: The original source when a candidate first signs up or applies for a job.

Submission source: The source for any subsequent application submissions.

The Haley Marketing Career Portal collects the original candidate source, and passes that into the "Source" field on the candidate record. Once that candidate is converted to a submission, the submission source is then visible. This submission source is also visible within the application notification, referred to as the "Referral Source".
