New Feature Alert! Instant Interview Bulk Invites

Do you ever reach your Instant Interview limit and then see an amazing candidate you wish you could invite to complete a call? What about inviting a candidate to interview for a specific job without having to turn on Instant Interview for the job entirely? Our new bult feature lets you do it! 

Where can you find it? 

First, log into myHaley. Select Career Portal > Manage Applications, and use the filters or search to load applicants for the relevant job. 

Sending Bulk Instant Interview Invites

Select the applicants you want to work with using the checkboxes beside each name.

Click "Invite to Instant Interview” icon (telephone ☎ ). 

Review the confirmation modal, grouped by job, to verify the candidate list and send the invites. 

Please note these Key behaviors: 

• If any selected applicant already received an Instant Interview invitation, the system prompts you to deselect them before continuing. 
• If the Instant Interview limit has been reached, invitations cannot be sent—the button remains disabled until the usage count is back under the limit. 
• Bulk inviting **does not** enable Instant Interview setting on the job. The jobs stay in their current state; this workflow only sends invitations to the selected applicants.
