Instant Interview Candidates

When a candidate applies to a role utilizing Instant Interview, they have the option to interview via phone call. The call is recorded and a link to the transcript is logged in MyHaley. The transcript can be accessed from the specific job or from the application section.

To view the transcript or listen to the call recording, click Candidate Details. This will open the Classet website for you to access the record. 

Please note, if you utilize an ATS integration, a transcript of the call and a link to the recording will be added to the candidate profile within your ATS as a note. You will receive alerts via email from MyHaley as you do with all normal applications.
