Instant Interview Scripts

Your Classet profile will have several default scripts set up, but to edit or create your own script, you can find them here.

When creating a new script you will need to:

1. Enter a name for your script. This can be the name of the job type or category, specify if it’s for a remote job, etc.
2. Optional: add a description or use case. What types of roles the script can be used for, specify if it’s for jobs in a specific market/state, etc.
3. Select the kind of interview. There are four script options that can be used

Standard Interview

The standard interview lasts approximately 7 minutes. It is a focused interview to explore the candidate's background, confirm must-have criteria, and short into their work history.

Basic Interview

The basic interview lasts approximately 5 minutes. It is a streamlined interview to gather basic, open-ended information about the candidate and provide them with details of the position.

Disqualifying Interview

The disqualifying interview lasts approximately 8 minutes. This interview will filter out candidates based on strict binary yes/no requirements you have for your job.

Resume Generating Interview

The resume generating interview lasts approximately 15 minutes. It is a thorough interview that builds on the Standard Screen, diving deeper into work history over the past 5 years. AI-updates their work history, accomplishments, and reasons for leaving roles.
