Smarter Searching
If your Clients are looking for that Purple Unicorn, the search features in Talent Showcase can help them hunt it down.
In addition to simply typing in a job title or skills, viewers are able to search by:
Location
Job Type
Skills
Saved Searches
Clients can also save searches to receive alerts when new Talent that matches their search is added to the Talent Showcase - similar to how candidates can save a search on your job board! Let's pretend I'm looking for an Accountant in Chicago. If there are no currently posted Talent matching my search, I can save the search and get alerted when someone who matches is added.
In addition to saving searches by skills, Clients can also save searches for similar Talent. When a Client clicks "Request Candidate", they are prompted to fill out the following form:
The recruiter who is assigned to the Talent being requested will receive an email alert with the responses to this form (hello lead!) and the requester is able to select the "Sign up for talent alerts" checkbox to receive an alert when a candidate similar to the one being requested is added to the Talent Showcase.
