General Settings
After the Haley Marketing team completes the setup of Instant Interview, you can manage your preferences within MyHaley. To update basic settings, navigate in MyHaley to Career Portal > Settings > Instant Interview
There is one setting you have access to update here:
- Default Script: Choose which script you want the AI to follow.
- Setting the default script is key as this will be the default used for any job unless specified elsewhere for a specific job or category.
Settings per Category
To set Instant Interview up for specific categories, navigate in MyHaley to Career Portal > Manage Categories > Select a Category from your list.
*Note: If your team does not have categories set up, you will need to do this. Instructions for setting up categories can be found here.
Once you’ve selected the category you want to use Instant Interview for, you will need to check the AI Interviewing box and select the script you want to use.
Settings per Job
To set up Instant Interview for an individual job, navigate in MyHaley to Career Portal > Manage Jobs > Select the job you want to use from your active jobs.
In the edit section, there is a blue Instant Interview card on the right-hand side where you can select the script you want used for this job.
*Note: If a script is not specified at each level, Instant Interview will use the script selection for the category or general settings.
