We’ve made a big investment to upgrade our accounting and billing systems to improve and simplify service for our clients. While we do understand your perspective, the new portal should actually make it easier to manage your payments—particularly if you ever want to use autopay for recurring invoices. Plus, it will give you more control over your data (and a higher level of security), and the portal allows you to get statements and billing information whenever you need it.
That stated, we are absolutely not requiring clients to set up their portal. You can still receive invoices by email and pay in a manner that’s very similar to what you’ve done with us in the past. We looked hard to find a system that would give you the best of all worlds, and if you ever want to take advantage of the portal to make your life easier, it’s there for you.
You've probably gone through ATS conversions, so you can appreciate the work (and pain) our team has gone through the past six months. Right now, we are in the home stretch of getting more than 1,000 companies moved over to setting up their payment portals, and our team is doing an amazing job working day and night to get this all done so we can keep our company running without a hiccup in billing or service for our clients.
We hope you can appreciate the thought, investment, and hard work that has gone into this effort. The bottom line is that we made a huge investment specifically to improve our back office service to our clients.
