You may enter any keyword to search for talent. The keyword search will return any talent that has the keyword in the title, bio, skills or testimonial. Hint: If you use the candidate numbers field on your talent, using the keyword search to find a particular candidate number is the fastest way to find a particular talent post.
The bio of the candidate on the talent list is hidden by default. If you would like to have these details displayed on the talent list, select Yes to View Details.
By default, only active talent is displayed on the talent list and are therefore returned on a keyword search. To include expired or archived talent posts, check the appropriate checkbox under the general filters. You can also choose to display only drafts, pending talent or featured talent as well. Combining these general filters can be useful to limit the list to only those posts you need to repost, review or edit.
Additional filters are available based on the settings you have selected for your Talent Showcase, including category and location. These may be labeled differently depending on your Talent Showcase settings.
Note that these filters are closed by default. Click on the arrow to the right of the filter label to open the options.
To apply any of the filtering options, you must press the Update Results button at the bottom of the filtering sidebar.

Refreshing Talent Posts

If you're refreshing more than one talent post with the same information, you can simply select the posts to be updated by checking the checkbox to the left of the post title in the talent list, press the Actions button, select Bulk Edit, select the new date added or expiration date, and press Save. This will update all selected talent posts with the new dates and the posts that were previously expired will appear on your Talent Showcase.
