Can I use the myHaley area of my Career Portal if I have a third party integration?

If your Haley Marketing Group Career Portal is receiving jobs data from your staffing software, you should NOT edit or delete jobs from myHaley.haleymarketing.com, since your jobs are continuously being updated with the data sent over from your software. Any changes you make in myHaley will be overwritten the next time the job data is pulled.

There are several actions you can take in myHaley: 

1. Change the default Career Portal owner (person who receives notifications from Career Portal)
2. Adjust the settings of the features of your Career Portal, including adding users and recruiter bios
3. Send out weekly or adhoc featured mailings by industry/category that include the featured jobs you have marked (if your ATS has a featured field)
4. And more!
