CEIPAL Integration Update - June 2026

We’re pleased to announce that the Ceipal integration update (ATS-479 / ATS-483) has been successfully deployed to production.
 

What was completed

ATS Connect’s CEIPAL integration has been upgraded from API v1 to v2. This update:

• Aligns ATS Connect with CEIPAL’s current supported API
• Improves authentication reliability using JSON-based token handling
• Fixes job application submission issues related to v1 endpoint and payload differences
• Standardizes response handling for jobs, clients, placements, and users
• Adds support for gzip-compressed CEIPAL API responses

No changes are required on your end. ATS Connect’s inbound API request format is unchanged. If you integrate through ATS Connect today, your existing requests will continue to work as before.

The following operations are verified as part of this update:

• Authentication
• Job GET (list and detail)
• Application SET (candidate apply with resume)
• Client, Placement, and User GET

• The first CEIPAL request after deployment may take slightly longer while cached v1 credentials are refreshed automatically.
• CEIPAL-side activity will now reflect calls to the v2 API base URL.
