The Haley Marketing Performance Email service generates weekly or monthly product report emails that are delivered to myHaley admin users and Haley Marketing Advisors.
These are the currently supported products:
- Career Portal (weekly)
- HaleyMail / Branded Content (monthly)
- SEO (monthly)
- Website Hosting (monthly)
- NetSocial (weekly)
Career Portal weekly notifications are processed on Monday morning for the previous week. The previous week includes the previous Monday (starting at 12am EST) to Sunday (11:59pm EST). Monthly notifications are processed on the 2nd day of the month for the prior month.

Notification Preferences for Performance Updates
When admin users are created by Haley Marketing, they are automatically added to product emails.
Mailing Preferences are managed in the user profile.
There is an option to receive mailings for each product, as well as options to receive notifications about Updates and Releases and Planned Outages. By default, all Admins are set to receive both Performance Updates and Planned Outages, other users are not.
If a client isn't receiving these emails once the service rolls out, we encourage the client to check spam/junk filters and whitelist our mailing IPs per this article.
Please note, if the views and applies for a Career Portal are zeroes, no performance emails will be sent.
