6.2 Setup of Custom Fields

There are a few fields you'll want to add to your Candidate field maps in Bullhorn so you can publish talent to your new Talent Showcase!

Publish to Talent Showcase?

This field needs to be set up so you can mark the talent to be published. Here's an example of what the field may look like on the front end in Bullhorn:

Here are the settings you should use when configuring the custom field in Bullhorn:

After you set up the field, please provide the Bullhorn fieldname to your Haley Marketing project manager; the fieldname in this case would be "customText1", but you may use any unused field in Bullhorn.

Talent Full Bio

We can map the field of your choice into the talent entry's biography section. A common field to use would be the "description" field. Please provide the fieldname to your project manager.
