COATS Career Portal integration: How do I set or change the recruiter on a job?

This article pertains to clients who have a Haley Marketing Career Portal integrated with COATS.

COATS sends over an email address with each job - this email address is determined by who is set as the AUTHOR on the job in COATS.

If you're not sure how to update the field above, please contact your COATS rep.

Once updated, the job's recruiter will update at the next Career Portal update, which occurs every 4 hours for COATS clients.
