Beginning Wednesday, April 12th at 8:00 AM CT through Thursday, April 13th at 4:00 AM CT WPEngine will be performing scheduled maintenance to update MySQL for all customers that are on their Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure Infrastructure. This maintenance will be during the following maintenance window time frame to minimize impact on your site.
Maintenance window: April 12th and April 13th - 10PM-4AM Central
We expect that the maintenance may result in up to a 15 minute interruption of service to your sites during the MySQL restart. Outside of the temporary service interruption, there should be no impact to your site(s). WPEngine will be monitoring the situation closely to ensure minimal disruption.
