Final Update from WPEngine:
Incident start: 06/29/2020 10:10AM CDT
We have received confirmation from our Engineering team this incident is resolved and the impacted services have returned to a stable state. All functionality should now work as expected. If you have continued issues please reach out to our Support team for assistance.
4:58pm ET: The issue is resolved for most servers, [WPEngine] are still working with Google Cloud on the few remaining in a recovering state.
2:52pm ET: Google Clouds fix has corrected the issue, we have 13 servers in the recovering phase, our team is monitoring all the other servers to ensure stability. We will continue updates until this concludes.
1:17pm ET: Although sites appear to be up, there are still some features that may be affected because of issues WPEngine is continuing to investigate. This may include delivery of entake emails, display of job feeds on websites, and access to the wp-admin back end of the site to access WordPress.
12:48pm ET: Update from WPEngine - We apologize for the continued disruption for our customers. Our teams are engaging with Google Cloud who is responsible for the data centre in question and hope to have a resolution as soon as possible. 12:45pm ET: Although we're not seeing an official update from WPEngine, it does appear that WPEngine was able to get sites back up. We'll post a final update when we have more information. Thanks, again, for your patience.
12:09pm ET: WPEngine reports - We apologize for the continued disruption for our customers. Our teams are engaging with our third party vendor responsible for the data centre in question and hope to have a resolution as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience.
11:10am ET: WPEngine reports that it is an issue at one of their datacenters, and they are investigating.
11:02am ET: We were alerted to sites down on a portion of our web servers this morning, and have opened up a ticket with our web host, WPEngine.
