Who gets applications for a job board integrated with Bullhorn?


Haley Marketing's Bullhorn integration pulls from the "Published Contact Info" field in Bullhorn to determine where applications are routed and what recruiter bio will display on each job (if enabled).

If you don't see the Published Contact Info field on your job order screen, check Field Mapping in Bullhorn to ensure that the field is displayed. The default location for this field on the job order screen is on the Edit tab in Job Location section.

The Bullhorn Field Name is: responseUserID

Although many of the fields in Bullhorn can be overridden to map to different fields, this field is not customizable.

If you cannot find this field on your job order edit screen, you will need to contact your Bullhorn support team for assistance. You will specifically need to ask them to display the "Published Contact Info" field on all job order templates so you can set the recruiter for your Haley Marketing job board integration.
